Commodore Ralph Munroe’s original EGRET was 28-feet. This larger version has a much roomier interior, and several sail plan options.
Construction is very simple using full sheets of plywood, and the boat is easy to trailer. Masts can be stepped by one person.
Egrets are remarkably seaworthy, and can cross the Gulf Stream in moderate conditions.
