The Cedar Keys sharpie fished and oystered in Northwest Florida in the late 19th-century.
They had a unique sail configuration, using full-length battens, which gave them phenomenal performance characteristics.
My version is a big, open boat (like the original), perfect for family outings — or a cuddy cabin may be added as a pocket cruiser.
