CONSTRUCTION Cold-molded marine plywood covered with epoxy-impregnated Xynole-polyester or Dynel cloth. Decks, Houses and coachroofs of ply construction incorporating internal sawn beams with internal foam core. The hull is built around longitudinals and structural bulkheads, greatly simplifying lofting and hull lay-up. All surfaces are developable, allowing full-sheet construction. Scantlings are robust.
